2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

Required for the Service to function — for example, security features needed to safely process a form submission. These cannot be switched off, because the Service will not work properly without them, and they do not require consent under Canadian law. Our waitlist form provider (Kajabi) may set a minimal cookie of this kind when you submit the waitlist form.

2.2 Functional, Analytics, and Marketing Cookies

BankReady does not currently use any functional preference cookies, analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics), or marketing/advertising cookies (such as a Meta or TikTok pixel) on bankready.ca. If we add any of these in the future — for example, to understand site traffic or measure ad performance — we will update this Cookie Policy first, list the specific cookies here with their provider, purpose, and duration, and, where required, ask for your consent through a cookie banner before they are set.

3. How to Control Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through:

• Your browser settings: most browsers let you block or delete cookies (see your browser’s help documentation — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all provide this under Settings → Privacy).
• A cookie consent banner: if we introduce analytics or marketing cookies in the future, a banner will appear allowing you to accept or reject them before they’re set.

Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service (such as staying logged in) from working properly.

4. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no industry-standard way to respond to DNT signals, so our Service does not currently alter its behavior when it detects one.
